I’m often asked how I stay motivated and consistent with my fitness and health routine. The truth? I don’t rely on motivation. At all.
I know my body needs to move. I know it thrives on nutrient-dense foods. So I do the damn thing — even on days when I don’t feel like it. Especially on those days. Sometimes, being robotic serves you.⠀

Now listen — if you’ve got something or someone that motivates you? Fantastico. We all need inspiration and leaders in our lives — heck, I hope I inspire you. But motivation is fleeting. It’s inconsistent. And your health? It needs consistency.⠀⠀
