Sport Yoga + Movement Coaching

Rooted in an athletic and performance-oriented approach to yoga, these sessions are designed to help clients move better, feel stronger, reduce stress, improve recovery, and enhance overall performance in both fitness and daily life.

Sessions can be tailored for beginners, active individuals, high performers, or anyone looking to improve movement quality, flexibility, recovery, and overall wellness.

Sessions may include:

  • Sport Yoga + traditional yoga poses

  • Mobility and flexibility training

  • Functional movement integration

  • Breathwork and nervous system support

  • Balance, posture, and body awareness

Hybrid Wellness Sessions

Hybrid Wellness Sessions combine performance coaching with movement-based practices to create a more complete and embodied approach to personal growth and wellness.

These sessions are designed for clients who want support both mentally and physically — combining conversation, coaching, breath, movement, and nervous system regulation into one personalized experience.

This unique approach helps clients improve self-awareness, reduce stress, build confidence, reconnect with their bodies, and create healthier patterns in how they think, move, and show up in daily life.
