I help women and high performers build strength, confidence, and personal power through Sport Yoga and Performance Coaching.

My work blends mindset, strength-based training, mobility, recovery, and nervous system support to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more grounded in everyday life, including how you show up in your career, relationships, and training.
