Are you addicted to your own toxic behavior?

Yup, you heard me correctly — addicted to your own toxicity. It’s actually a “thing.”

Many people have difficulty with change because they become comfortable with their current patterns and routines. There’s a safety net in knowing what’s next. Most of the time, you know what you’re having for dinner; you know you’re going to veg out on the couch after work; you know the behaviors of your significant other and the same fight that you're going to have (again); and quite frankly, you act and say the same things routinely. These familiar behaviors and situations are comfortable and require minimum strain or effort on your behalf.

You’re addicted to your habits — the good ones and the bad ones.

So how do you get rid of the bad ones? The ones that are creating havoc in your mind and body.

By rewiring your brain.

How?

  • By creating new beliefs about yourself and your relationships.

  • By creating new thought patterns.

  • By establishing new routines.

  • By repetition.

  • By repetition.

  • By repetition.

It’s not easy to change your lifestyle. It takes time, effort, dedication, discipline, and knowledge.

You don’t need to do it alone. Partner with me and let me coach you through it.
