Private life coaching (3 or 6-month plan). Sessions are held once a week for 50 minutes.

Fit Mind Fit Body  Program

A private 1:1 personal training program designed to build confidence, lose body fat, and gain lean muscle.

In this 16-week fitness program, we’ll train 3x/week in the comfort of your home. You'll lose body fat and build lean muscle in a high intensity interval training program through strength training and cardio. We’ll incorporate modalities such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and kickboxing drills to improve your strength, mobility, and coordination.

This program is for you if you're ready to:

• Lose body fat

• Gain lean muscle mass

• Improve your confidence & self-esteem

• Adapt better eating habits & learn what to eat in order to keep the weight off, but still enjoy food

• Feel great about yourself and start living a healthier & happier life​

You will feel better. You will look better. You will gain more confidence. And you will adapt a healthier perspective on life and your relationships, especially the one with yourself.

I've been using this strategy myself for over three decades and it has served me well. At 52 years old, I'm healthy and fit — mentally & physically — and have been successful in managing my weight, building muscle definition, reducing stress, and sleeping well.

This option is for you if your schedule changes often and you prefer to pay-as-you-go.
