Build your confidence by learning how to defend yourself. You'll get a high cardio workout that will burn a ton of calories and have fun learning a new skill! 

 

Learn how to protect yourself against threats and dangerious situations:

• Punch with your fists and elbows

• Kick with your legs and knees

• Footwork

• Defensive skills such as slipping, bobbing and weaving, blocking

• Increase your strength, agility, and coordination​

I hold a Green Belt in Krav Maga and have practiced other martial arts such as Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chung Kung Fu, American Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.​

For beginner and intermediate levels.
