Punching, kicking, elbows, and knees are some of the drills we practice. You'll also get an amazing workout that will burn a ton of calories and have a bunch of fun!

I hold a Green Belt in Krav Maga and have practiced other marital arts such as Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chung Kung Fu, American Boxing, and Jiujitsu.
