The Fit Mind Fit Body Program

For female tweens & teens

What is it?

A private 1:1 health and mental fitness coaching program designed for female tweens and teens to build confidence and self-esteem; create a positive body image; and improve mental health. 

In this 16-week program, you’ll learn the skills to become the healthiest, most confident version of yourself utilizing mindset strate
gies, confidence-boosting tools, assertive communication techniques, and understanding how the media and your peers impact your well-being.

*This program is based on the Fit Mind Fit Body program for women but is geared towards girls 12-17 years old who are faced with different needs and challenges. 

What you get:

  • 16 weeks of private 1:1 online coaching through each module; one live one-hour session per week

  • Daily support for accountability, motivation, and questions that may come up before our next session during office hours on my private Voxer channel

  • Worksheets to reflect and apply what you’re learning in your life

Hi Parents! I'm excited to introduce the Fit Mind Fit Body program for female tweens and teens, which is based on the signature Fit Mind Fit Body program for women. This program is geared towards the unique needs and challenges that our young tweens and teens face today. As parents, we want to raise strong, independent, healthy, and kind humans.


With a Fit Mind and Fit Body, your daughter will have the skillsets and mindset to empower herself and those around her. Self-confidence is the key to holding your values and not being swayed by peer pressure or social media.

As a single mother of two boys, I understand how important it is for your child to be mentally, emotionally, and physically healthy and happy. As a coach, I am here to guide and listen to your child about her issues, concerns, fears, and dreams.


Fit Mind Fit Body Program Outline for Tweens & Teens

Weeks 1 & 2

• Module One: Build Confidence & Raise the Bar on your Self-Esteem


Weeks 3 & 4

• Module Two: Develop Your Communication Skills


Weeks 5 - 7

• Module Three: Develop a Positive Body Image & Adapt a Female Power Mentality


Weeks 8 & 9

• Module Four: Social Media Influence and Peer Pressure


Week 10 & 11

• Module Five: The Need to Be Liked & Accepted

Weeks 12 & 13 

• Module Six: The Need to be Attractive and at What Cost

Weeks 14 & 15

• Module Seven: Choose Healthier Foods & Exercise

Week 16

Module Eight: Pick a Topic of Interest to Explore

The Fit Mind Fit Body Program is a high-level, private 1:1 health and mental fitness coaching program for female tweens and teens who are serious about improving their mental and physical health.


The investment is only $3750.


Parents, it takes a village to raise respectable, confident, and healthy children. We want them to grow up to be outstanding, responsible, independent, and healthy adults. And we want them to be happy and love themselves so that they can extend love towards others. My goal is to coach your child to be the healthiest, most confident version of themselves.
