The Fit Mind Fit Body Program

What is it?

A private 1:1 health and mental fitness coaching program for women; designed to build confidence and self-esteem; and create a healthy routine to live a happier, more fulfilling life. 

In this 16-week program, you’ll learn the skills to become the healthiest, most confident version of yourself utilizing mindset strategies, confidence-boosting tools, assertive communication techniques, smarter eating habits, and the power of exercise. I’d love to listen to your story and work with you on gaining more confidence and getting healthier.

What we will cover:

  • Recognize your current mindset in order to excavate negative thought patterns

  • Boost your confidence and raise the bar on your self-esteem

  • Develop your communication skills in order to set boundaries and speak your mind more effectively and without fear

  • Identify limiting beliefs and mental blocks that are preventing you from being confident and getting healthy

  • Create healthy routines such as eating better and exercising

What you get:

  • 16 weeks of private 1:1 online coaching through each module; one live one-hour session per week

  • Daily support for accountability, motivation, and questions that may come up before our next session during office hours on my private Voxer channel

  • Worksheets to reflect and apply what you’re learning in your life

  • Two customized one-hour workouts as a kickstart to your new exercise habit

The Fit Mind Fit Body Program is a high-level, private 1:1 health and mental fitness coaching program for women who are serious about improving their mental and physical health.


The investment is only $3750.


In order to live happier, you have to change your mindset and your unhealthy habits — both mentally and physically. This small investment will change the trajectory of your life. You’ll acquire skills and techniques from the program that will last you a lifetime. The program principles have laid a solid foundation for my personal mental and physical health. Being a divorced, single mom raising two boys, I understand life’s struggles and the battles we face as women. It’s so important for us to take care of our minds and bodies so that we can continue to take care of our families, advance in our careers, and live a long, healthy life. At 51, I’ve fought hard to maintain a strong mind and body and I want to share my secrets and strategies with you.

I’m here to support you, listen to you, and coach you through each module of the program. I will give you my 110% and share all my knowledge with you because I want you to succeed!
